The time I spent with Jo helped me to clearly identify and articulate near term and medium challenges. In our meetings, I was able to address items that I was perceiving as barriers within my mind. The process of exploring these vocally to Jo, and by her questioning how I’ve arrived at this reasoning, has provided me with the ability to explore self-limiting thoughts. Jo helped me to identify and establish a coherent route forward to achieve my objectives. 

Coaching with Jo has brought topics to the surface of my thoughts that were too easily put to the back of my mind, perceived personally, as too difficult to address. In reality, the sessions have displayed that through Jo’s questioning the solution to these is really not too difficult to establish with her process. 

At the end of each meetings, I've felt that I've come up with a plan that I am comfortable to address and implement. Overall, Jo’s professionalism is displayed in the quality of the coaching she provides.
